Can I get a refund?
- Sorry, but all sales are final and we are not responsible for the package after it is sent out. If you wish to make an amendment to your order before it's shipped, please contact us ASAP.
How will you ship my order?
- All orders are shipped from Japan. We will try to do air mail with tracking whenever possible. However, because of the global pandemic, some shipping options are not available for certain countries. See what options are available for your country on the JP Post website.
- EMS (express) Shipping is available for orders that include the physical zine (book). Orders with merch only cannot by sent by EMS.
Why is shipping to the USA in a different category?
- A large number of potential buyers we surveyed were from the USA. Because of the global pandemic, Japan Post will only send parcels by boat, and it's estimated to take 3-4 months to send them individually. To reduce the shipping time, we will use a different courier service to send a large box of parcels at once to a trusted proxy in the USA who will then ship out the packages from there. This process is estimated to take one month.
I live in Japan or use a proxy service. Can I pay in yen?
